As part of the Flucto team, Adaly works closely with Managing Director Carolina Gomez Rodriguez and founder Aljoscha Sander, supporting business operations. She enjoys the variety of her role, where she can contribute to different areas of the company, support process improvements, and collaborate on projects that support Flucto’s growth.
Originally from Mexico, Adaly earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Austin, Texas. After graduation, she moved to Germany through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) for Young Professionals, a fellowship sponsored by the U.S. Congress and the German Bundestag that provided her the opportunity to live, study, and work in Germany.
Outside of work, Adaly enjoys traveling and discovering new places, cultures, and perspectives. She believes that stepping outside of your comfort zone is one of the best ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
