Flucto has developed an optical based system with signature hammer pulse analysis to mitigate pileruns during monopile installation.

Tailored Warnings: The platform provides real-time alerts for critical risks. By tracking soil resistance to driving (SRD), real time velocity, mm per blow, and other key parameters that can detect individual hammer blows with minimal latency.

Integrated Data Sources: PWS combines data from Flucto's Motion Sensor Boxes, camera-based Optical Pile Tracking technology, survey equipment, cranes, hammers and Met-ocean into a single centralized cockpit.

Real-Time Oversight: Operational data and alerts are accessible on all devices to keep both offshore and onshore teams aligned. The system can be deployed on moving vessels since the pile tracking is corrected for vessel motion and does not require any additional markings on the monopile itself.
